Byond Games
Listed here are games I'm working in the Game Programming Language known as Dream Maker put out by Dantom. In order to play these game you must have the client Dream Seeker downloaded and installed on your computer for them
to work properly. I've provided links to the games that have websites at Byond and from there if you have Dream Seeker install you can join the game. Or download and run the game yourself if provided.

Dragon Hunter (On Hold)
A brief description of the game:
I was going to avoid doing a popular 2D scroller game, but then one day I came up with an ideal of how to make a scrolling flight game, include an RPG Fantasy like flavor and make it all work well. Thus, "Dragon Hunter" was born.
There has been trouble in the kingdoms to the north of the Great High Mountians. The Great High Mountain is your resting home and were you live with your pet dragons. Raising them from birth they know only you as their care taker and would never dare harm you. But for others, that is a whats on the menu matter! Guilding your dragon from dragon back, across the lands you appear as the sole hero who will save the lands, get the rewards, and just may make off with a princess err two...
Areas of the game
This is to be a quick release(under 6 months) 256 color 2D top to bottom scroller game. The graphics for the most part will all be done in 2D. I'm doing this for the 256pal reason. So they may not be as good as your use to seeing from me, but the game over all should be fun to play. It s an original ideal as far as I know, and should be a new twist to an old style. I have currently started the 2D graphics area for the game and a small example below can be seen below.

Tiles linked together to make a circle road and a pond.

This is you the Dragon hunter with a Lance weapon in hand.
Your Kingdom Awaits... (On Hold)
Currently this game is in the planning stage.
A brief description of the game:
A simulation game mostly menu driven where you set up and run your own kingdom
set in a futuristic setting.
LJR's Car Warriors (On Hold)
Currently this game is in the planning stage.
A brief description of the game:
A 2d from above view game. Select your own car type, weapons and armor upgrades. Race to win for the money and the fame. Different race tracks and places to go. Like any other race except with the addition to take your opponents out, but becareful because they have armor and weapons on their vehicles just as you do. This is mostly an arcade like game.
LJR's RPG (On Hold)
At the moment I'm redoing an old game I wrote in Qbasic about 6 years ago. It is a Dungeons & Dragons type of Role Playing Game set in an originally created world just for the game. All the good stuff that makes a classic RPG will be involved in this project. As of right now it will only be known as LJR's RPG, until I've had time to develope the story line a little more. The old version of this game which you can download below was written all in QBasic. I later made an ANSI version in QB and made more dungeon levels, but never finished and released it. Later, I went on to try and do a remake of the game in Visual Basic and was going along pretty well until I ran into some problems in my pre-rendered 3d Graphics and not having enough 3d objects at the time to finish the scene. The inside of the weapon's shop is the only scene I have finished in 3d and will be using it in this game. That is also where I'm taking a lot of graphical design from is my VB version of the game. Now years later and with me getting more into the VC++ arena with DirectX I plan to re-release the IOD&D game under a new name , with complete 2D/3D graphics, Sound FX, and musical scores (have now started to lean towards using MODs for the background music, or WAV files if on distro'ed out on CD). This page here will be where you can find all the latest updates to this project as of now.
Areas of the game
Here are the areas I have worked out that will be needed for this game, each one is a screen that will be in the game, and within each screen a set of processes for the game. This is for coding purposes, I will note next to each if I have finsihed this area of coding and also if I have finished the final graphics for this area as well. I have decided that I will be using an Isometric Engine with pre-rendered 3d tiles for the game. Below are actually screen shots of the 3d object you'll see in the game in the 3d Dungeon area.

An old Dungeons and Dragon's type RPG game I made long ago for my demogroup Information Overide. Although the game is completed and has an ending there is only 1 dungeon level to explore and has no graphics besides the intro to the game. You choose from being a Fighter, Mage, Cleric, or Thief and while exploring the Dungeon of LJR's City, must try and gain levels through experience points and save enough gold to win your freedom from the city. |

The same as the old IOD&D but this one has some ANSI graphics, as well as some bugs from the 1st version where fixed. Version 2 had been lost till I found it while looking through some old 3.5 floppies one night. |
